Job Summary

Provide prospective customers with VDT services and create solutions to their needs throughout the sales process.

Job Details

  • Translate customer insights to innovative concepts that achieve business objectives while providing value to customers.
  • Analyse technical solutions required to address customer requirements and propose solutions that optimize value for customer and the VDT brand.
  • Preparation and delivering of technical presentation explaining products or services to customers.

  • Managing of communications between sales and technical department to actualize business solution requirements with technical capacity and other business support systems.

  • Attending and preparing for meetings, tailor communication to address business needs of potential clients and document all customer request and meeting as part of the pre-sales process.

  • Responsible for RFP bid response and technical solution evaluation and submission to prospects and customers.

  • Advice customers on proposed designs, develop and conduct transition briefing – communicate commitments, expectations to the customer/organization.

Requirements

  • 5 years and above work experience in a technology solution or telecommunication firm.
  • A first degree in Engineering or social sciences.
  • An experience with lead generation and prospect management.
  • Ability to professionally and confidently communicate with C-Level Executives.
